The National Prosecutor suspended Delia Espinoza He appeared outside the Public Ministry to denounce the failure to comply with the court order that ordered his reinstatement. Espinoza affirmed that his restitution should have been completed today at the latest, complying with the deadline established by the judge Torres Tassoset for November 1.
However, the National Board of Justice (JNJ) did not comply with the measure. According to the media Infobae, Judge Torres Tasso, far from initiating a process for contempt, has chosen to request information from the Constitutional Court (TC) about an alleged precautionary measure that the TC would have granted in favor of the JNJ.
Espinoza spoke before the press indicating that the main reason for postponing his restitution is the interests of politicians who would seek impunity.
“My vocation is to continue fighting so that crime recedes and disappears because there is a lot of interference within the justice system and within political evil because unfortunately there are bad elements that are trying to avoid (my restitution) because they want impunity, but I am not going to give impunity to anyone,” he expressed.
