The resolution, signed by Judge Juan Torres Tasso, provides for his reinstatement in office and indicates that the four charges attributed to Espinoza come directly from article 3 of resolution 231-2025-JNJ, the application of which had previously been suspended by the magistrate himself.
“The summoned entity is ordered, theNational Board of Justiceto restore Mrs.Delia Milagros Espinoza Valenzuelain the position of prosecutor of the Nation within two days following the notification of this resolution,” it says in the document sent this November 10.

Along the same lines, the provisions indicate that JNJ wrongly interpreted the scope of the decision of the Judiciary because it had been requested to comply with reinstating the magistrate and that she “continue to exercise the position of prosecutor of the Nation”; However, this provision was not complied with.
