Delgado described that the program consists of 400 proposals, organized into 22 axes, with the objective of incorporating the contributions of all the parties that make up the ruling coalition.
«A proposal aimed at those who are retired and pensioners, who earn the least. Also give them a benefit and benefits to give them greater dignity at the end of life,” said Delgado, referring to one of the highlighted points in Axis 14, focused on strengthening health systems.
Throughout his speech, Delgado detailed other axes such as animal welfare, educational transformation, innovation, science and technology. He also announced that, if his government takes shape, the Ministry of Education and Culture would be renamed “Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology”, to provide a “necessary umbrella” to the innovation and technology organizations in the country. “We need to give it greater coordination, thinking about the future,” he stated.
At the level of security, another of the priority topics of the program, Delgado pointed out that Axis 19 addresses “citizen security and protection”, while Axis 20 focuses on “defense and national sovereignty”, highlighting the role of the Armed forces. He also highlighted that the program includes Axis 21, on environmental policies, and Axis 22, referring to transparency and public ethics, topics in which “we do not hide what we think.”
