The young woman from the town of Agraciada, Macarena Vico, a journalist from TV Ciudad, was the one who received Delgado’s insult when she asked about the cigarette packaging.
When the microphones were turned off, ending the press conference, a camera was left on, and the secretary of the presidency attacked the journalist. The video went viral and Delgado apologized.
