The coordinator of the pre-campaign of the sole pre-candidate of MORENA for Governor of the State of Mexico, Horacio Duarte Olivares, highlighted the dirty war of the PRIAN cartel against the teacher Delfina Gómez, with false information and orchestrated by conservatives such as Vicente Fox and Felipe Calderón, and communicators such as Carlos Loret de Mola, Denise Dresser and Héctor de Mauleón.
Horacio Duarte affirmed that it is a disinformation campaign motivated by PRIAN’s desperation in the face of imminent defeat, since various surveys indicate that the teacher Delfina Gómez leads the preferences by 20 points.
“We can affirm that there is no attribution, there is no direct indication, not even an inference against the teacher Delfina Gómez Álvarez, what is in networks and some media is a mechanism to defame, dirty and muddy by these gentlemen who have become experts in misinforming and dirtying the political trajectory of some leaders,” said Horacio Duarte.
The Ministry of Public Education itself issued a statement clarifying that the observations reported by the Superior Audit of the Federation (ASF) to the SEP, correspond to state universities that were granted federal resources, these instances being the ones that must correct the accusations, however, a campaign was orchestrated on social networks that accused Delfina Gómez.
“They will never find a definition that indicates direct responsibility to the teacher Delfina Gómez. They are on the canvas and with a difference of 20 points, they are going to resort to the dirty war, because they think that the people of the State of Mexico are going to believe them. The corrupt from the State of Mexico think that people are going to believe that they are different, different, when they have the State of Mexico plunged into backwardness, but hey, they define their strategy, we continue building, we continue adding, ”she said.
In a press conference at the CEN of MORENA, together with the national president, Mario Delgado, Horacio Duarte warned that the PRIAN and its profile are desperate because 8 out of 10 Mexicans prefer change.
“In their desperation to even stay in the discussion of what is imminent, which is one more defeat, they slander. We are calm, we know that the teacher Delfina, no matter how much they look for her, no matter how much they scratch her, no matter how hard they try, they will only find what they cannot destroy, a closeness with the citizens, a simplicity, an honesty to proof of anything and in the face of it and the 20 points that they have below, I insist, we are only going to find defamation, dirty war ”.
“In our movement we are used to dealing with them because we are going to continue in our business, which is to talk to the citizens and reiterate that we are not the same, that we are not the same. And as the saying goes, the lion thinks that everyone is like him, “said Duarte Olivares.
For his part, the national president of Morena, Mario Delgado, pointed out that, almost three weeks before the pre-campaign, the preference for the transformation project is strengthening because “the PRIAN trend has not changed, that is, it is consolidating our advantage.”
SEP CLARIFIES THAT IRREGULARITIES ARE FROM STATE UNIVERSITIES
In a statement, the SEP clarified that “the resources are delivered to the governments of the 32 entities of the country through their financial areas. Said resources, which the ASF calls ‘Federalized Expenditure’, are authorized and exercised by the local authorities themselves and by each school campus”.
“For this reason, the verification of the use of resources is the responsibility of the educational institutions, ‘which are obliged to present the justifications and evidence of their exercise before the corresponding authority. In case of observations, the state financial and educational authorities must provide the necessary arguments to verify the correct exercise of public resources before the ASF ”, details the SEP.
In this regard, Horacio Duarte explained that the two states that concentrate the observations are Jalisco and Coahuila.
“I would give you a more important piece of information: in the case of Coahuila, who headed that observation as rector there in Coahuila at the time, was president of the PRI State Committee in Coahuila, who is now rector at that university. An important part of these observations is concentrated there, that is, an own goal or a shot in the foot, ”he commented.
