The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reported that starting the week of July 19, a delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam will come to the country.
“This is an opportunity to strengthen the direct ties we have with the Government, the People and the Party of Vietnam. A delegation from the mobilization headquarters of the Communist Party of Vietnam will come. There we will learn from each other: they from us and we from them, and surely we have more to learn,” Cabello said.
This information was offered by the leader of the red tent at the press conference of the National Directorate of the party on Monday.
Triumph at the Central American Games
Cabello highlighted the participation of Venezuelan athletes in the Central American Games of El Salvador.
“Despite the fact that we have a well-equipped airline (Conviasa) due to the sanctions, our athletes had to arrive in El Salvador on charter flights, a total of 8 flights had to be used, because the Government of that country was elected by the fascism and accepts sanctions,” Cabello explained.
In this sense, he assured that despite the adversities, how uncomfortable it is to travel like this, which arrives with measured time, the Venezuelan athletes carried the Flag high.
“Venezuela was in fourth place in the medal table, they broke 12 records, 32 athletes qualified for the Pan American Games,” said Cabello, adding that for this reason they are looking for a thousand ways so that our athletes do not participate.
Likewise, he praised the participation of the Queen of the Triple Jump, Yulimar Roja, classifying her as a true exhibition, since “she is an athlete with impressive charisma. Any other athlete could say: What am I going to do there in those games? But Yulimar did not, he went, participated and won her place in the Olympic Games ”.
