The Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Hydrocarbons, Delcy Rodríguez, reported a meeting with the Vice Minister of Hydrocarbons and the Board of Directors of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) in which they evaluated the production goals
The vice president of the Republic and Minister of Hydrocarbons, Delcy Rodríguez, reported through a message on Telegram that the country’s oil sector “advances” despite “blockages, criminal sanctions and systematic attacks of fascism.”
Rodríguez said he held a working meeting with the Hydrocarbons Vice Minister Council and the Petroleum Board of Directors of Venezuela (PDVSA), During which they evaluated, he said, “the production goals within the framework of the Absolute Productive Independence Plan.”
“The hydrocarbon engine advances thanks to the commitment of our industry, the effort of workers and strategic alliances with countries that want to invest in Venezuela, all under the clear and firm vision of Nicolás Maduro Moros,” he added.
In that sense, he argued that, despite the “criminal sanctions,” Venezuela continues “advancing in the sovereign recovery of the energy industry.”
