Members of Committee 68 indicated that the Special Prosecutor’s Office for Human Rights informed them that it will reactivate the judicial processes against the perpetrators of State crimes during the student struggles of the 60s and 70s of the last century. However, they criticized that this action is late because a large part of the material and intellectual authors of the massacre in Tlatelolco in 1968 and the falconazo of June 10, 1971, like former president Luis Echeverría and former Secretary of Defense Marcelino García Barragán. They also called for a march on October 2 at 4 p.m. from the Plaza de las Tres Culturas to the Zócalo.
