During the interview, Eduardo Del Castillo recalled that in the statement of the current administrators of the courier company, they stated that they sent said merchandise because the minor was at the end of the year holidays in Bolivia and all they were doing was sending things that had been forgotten.

He noted that justice has released the owners of the carrier in 2023, after the Special Force to Fight Drug Trafficking confiscated 67,644 MDMA pills (synthetic drug) from two of these three people in March. He indicated that both people have records from 2011, 2014 and 2023.
Due to this case that affected different state institutions, mainly the Felcn, the Ministry of Government and the Ministry of Public Works, there are to date eight people serving preventive detention.
