Deferred imputation to the mayor of Guatire

Deferred imputation to the mayor of Guatire

The imputation of the mayor of Guatire (Miranda, Raziel Rodríguez, was deferred, said sources from the justice system. The act of imputation was convened for this Monday at 10:30 am at the headquarters of the Miranda 25 Prosecutor’s Office located in Los Teques .

The mayor of Guatire, leader of the opposition party Fuerza Vecinal, will be prosecuted for allegedly ordering the demolition of some houses irregularly, as announced last Sunday by the attorney general, Tarek William Saab.

The Prosecutor wrote on his twitter account that Rodríguez “was captured an audio by the Public Ministry giving the order to tear down the houses.”

It is a group of houses that were built in the Villa Zamora 2021 subdivision, according to what was reported by a spokeswoman for the 13 affected families.

On this point, Deputy Diosdado Cabello yesterday visited the Villa Zamora subdivision, as reported on his twitter account. “I spoke with President Maduro, I went to Guatire, I visited the brothers and sisters who, run over by the municipal police, on the orders of the mayor, destroyed everything: houses, crops, ancient trees. We demand justice, we go deep. We will win!!” Cabello tweeted.

“In addition to running over the humble people, who by the way called a meeting with the police and took the opportunity to put the machines on the land,” he added.
