At home. Group has no charges

SAN JUAN DE LA MAGUANA.- The alleged band of card counterfeiters who had defrauded the Social Subsidies Administration (Adess), with RD $ 700,000, was released pure and simple yesterday, because the arrest warrant does not match the arrest warrant. The prosecutor Adolfo Féliz Pérez reported that they sent it through social networks.

The defendants are Samuel Esmil Soto de la Cruz, 26, who lives in Vicente Noble, Barahona; Rayner Josué Pineda Beltré, 24, from Pueblo Abajo, Azua, and Jazmely Mercedes Adames, 25, from this municipality.

In relation to the alleged fraud, Mrs. Rosa Nidia Herrera Martínez, owner of an establishment in Juan de Herrera, was also arrested, where the authorities said they occupied a verifone with which the detainees stole the funds that the Government provided to the citizens.
