The seventeen involved in the irregular sale of the Tres Brazos sector, accused of embezzling the State with four million square meters of land, had the expectation of earning about 5 billion pesos each, according to the representative of the Public Ministry.

Judge José Miguel Marmolejos spoke about the case after leaving the Sixth Investigating Court of the National District, where Judge Juan Francisco Rodríguez Consoró decided to postpone the reading of the resolution until June 6, at 2:00 p.m. which will contain the decision to send or not to trial those involved in the corruption file.

The judge said that he needs more time due to the complexity of the process and because dozens of pieces of evidence provided by the parties to the process must be weighed.

Prosecutor Marmolejos said that the Public Ministry is confident that the judge will accept the accusation to open the defendants to trial, since the evidence provided is overwhelming, which demonstrates guilt beyond all reasonable doubt, as will happen in the trial. against the accused.

Those involved are Leoncio Almánzar, former director of the Dominican Corporation of State Companies (Corde); Manuel Aybar Ferrando, former real estate manager of that entity; Irving José Cruz Crespo, former legal consultant; Rosabel Castillo Rolfot, former title registrar of the National District, and Juana Inés Gómez Williams, representative of the company Proyecciones Gowi SRL

Also implicated are Domingo Gerardo Lebrón de los Santos, president of Inversiones Fernández Parache y Asociados (Infepa), SRL, along with employees of that company Carlos Aris Gómez Williams and Julio César Gómez Williams.

In addition, José Enrique de Pool Dominici, the main shareholder and representative of the Titulatec real estate company, and the surveyors Ana Antonia Ozuna Nolasco and Hadonis Ruiz Mella, as well as the accused Lisetel González, who lent her name as a cohabitant of the accused Manuel Aybar, to receive two apartments intended to benefit the former real estate manager of the group to embezzle and defraud the State.
