A control judge determined that the CCH South student, Lex Ashton, will continue in preventive detention inside the Oriente Prison for the crime of aggravated homicide and attempted homicide.
It will be until next Thursday, October 16, when his legal situation will be defined, since the defendant’s lawyers adhered to the duplicity of the term to obtain the evidence data from the investigation folder.
Yesterday afternoon, Lex Ashton was transferred from the capital’s prison to the oral rooms located on Doctor Lavista Street, in the Doctores neighborhood, where the initial hearing took place for compliance with the arrest warrant.
During the event, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office filed charges for the crimes of qualified homicide and attempted homicide.
However, the defendant’s defense requested an extension of the constitutional deadline for his legal situation to be defined, so Thursday of next week will be when the judiciary will define whether or not he will be linked to the process.

After committing the crime, a school employee tried to stop him and was injured in the attempt.
