The death of three young people last weekend is added to the list of victims of the “police interventions”which has already reached 189 deaths so far this year.
One of the most recent cases is that of Rancel de Jesús García25 years old, dejected he last saturday.
The young man was participating in a christmas dinner with others motoconchistas in the sector Villa ConsueloNational District, when a patrol made up of agents of the National Police and members of the Armed Forces, broke into the place.
What should have been a festive sharing degenerated into a shootingwhere García received a bullet impact in the chest that took life.
Fluctuations per month
The crime statistics of the National Police reflect a worrying and irregular pattern during the year, marked by the so-called “exchanges of fire“, despite reform efforts.
