In the framework of the investigation into the murder of Marcelo Pecci, the brothers Andrés and Felipe Pérez Hoyos were answering a questioning by the Colombian authorities.
At one point, Andrés Pérez Hoyos threatened to kill the prosecutors and investigators in the case and warned that he has all the information about where they live, with whom, how many children they have, what they do daily, what their journeys are, among other sensitive data.
The Pérez Hoyos brothers are accused of financing with 1,500 pesosthe murder of Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecci, shot to death in front of his wife Claudia Aguilera on a beach in Barú, Cartagena, where they were celebrating their honeymoon.

This same organization, according to Colombian researchers, plans to kill Francisco Luis Correa Galeanowho he was in charge of recruiting the hitmen and is the main witness in the entire case.
The last detainee in the case is Margareth Chacón, partner of Andrés Perez Hoyosdetained in El Salvador as the person responsible for organizing the logistics and distributing the money to the participants.

According to the investigation, the person involved was in charge of distributing the 1,500 Colombian pesos to the material participants in the crime, among hitmen, markers, etc. The woman declared herself a housewife.
Before them, Gabriel Carlos Ruiz Salinas Mendoza fell, who he drove the jet ski in which the material author of Pecci transported to the beach of Barú, where the crime was perpetrated.
