New news in the case of the death of Diego Armando Maradona. As reported by TNwho had exclusive access to the judicial document, the Justice ordered the closure of the investigation into the death of the ‘Ten‘ and the next step will be the request for an oral trial of the case, which has to be carried out by the prosecutors in charge. Finally, the defendants are seven, accused of the crime of homicide with eventual pain.
Who are the defendants?
The seven defendants in the charge are Leopoldo Luciano Luque, the family doctor; Agustina Cosachov, psychiatrist, Carlos Ángel Díaz, psychologist, Nancy Edith Forlini, physician at Swiss Medical; Mariano Perroni, nursing coordinator, Ricardo Omar Almirón and Dahiana Gisela Madrid, nurses. In addition, Pedro Di Spagna also appears.

According to the letter, it was only Luque and Cosachov who testified in court.

As TN clarifies, the request for elevation to oral trial must be made by the prosecutors of the case before next April 13, being accepted by the Guarantees judge.
