Hugo Daniel García (Argentine nationality) 51 years old was found without vital signs this morning in the Vista Alegre neighborhood of Asunción, at the home of retired commissioner Nery Alberto Cabrera, who stated that he arrived at the house and surprisingly found the body.
Prosecutor Natalia Silva explained that the body shows blows and a sinking skull and that, one of the hypotheses, is that it could have fallen from the second floor, but it is not yet known under what circumstances.
“Visibly, the existence of shots or traces of sharp or sharp objects could not be determined, the cause of death will be determined in the morgue,” Silva said in conversation with the media.
He revealed that he had already collected the images from the cameras pointing towards the commissioner’s house and that in part the deceased today is observed entering the house in the company of the retired commissioner. However, the videos will be analyzed in detail and with more time.
The Ombudsman for Children also participated, taking into account that three minors – children of the commissioner – were alone in the house at a given time.
