Six dead and five injured is the balance up to the moment of a traffic accident happened this Monday afternoon in the province of Holguín.
The accident took place in the Holguín municipality of Moa, on the road to Baracoabefore arriving at the Comandante Ernesto Che Guevara factory, according to the newspaper Now.
A truck belonging to Womy Equipment and a tricycle that transported passengers, according to press reports and publications on the networks.
After the impact, rescue technicians from the Che Guevara and Pedro Sotto Alba companies, as well as health personnel and local authorities, went to the scene.
Of the deceased, five died at the scene and another in the Guillermo Luis Fernandez Hospitalfrom Moa, where the injured were taken, several of whom are in serious condition.
The causes of the incident are being investigated by the competent authorities.
