The deadline for micro and small companies to pay their debts in installments through the Debt Payment Rescheduling Program in the scope of Simples Nacional (Relp) ends on May 31, warned the Federal Revenue. The deadline also applies to individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs).
Until last Friday (19), more than 100 thousand companies had already joined the program.
According to the collecting agency, all debts calculated by Simples Nacional until February 2022 can be regularized by Relp. site of the Revenue Federal or by Simples Nacional website.
Payment can be made in up to 180 installments, with a reduction of up to 90% of fines and interest, depending on the volume of the company’s loss of revenue during the months of March to December 2020 (calculated in relation to 2019).
Terminated or ongoing installments may also be included.
The installment payment of debts already registered in Active Federal Debt must be negotiated with the Attorney General’s Office of the National Treasury (PGFN).
