States, municipalities and the Federal District (DF) have until Sunday (25) to request adjustments or join the Mais Médicos Especialistas project. The objective is to increase the supply of these professionals in the Unified Health System (SUS), especially in priority regions of the country, through improvement courses.
The action is part of the Agora Tem Especialistas program, which seeks to increase the qualifications of specialist doctors while they carry out their regular work activities in the SUS.
According to the Ministry of Health, the adherence or adjustment process must be carried out by the manager exclusively by the official electronic system of the project.
“When accessing the system, the manager must initially correctly identify their profile, selecting one of the available options. The “Resource” alternative is intended for managers who are already eligible, according to the previously published list, while the “Adhesion” option includes new municipalities, states or the Federal District that were not included in the prioritization of the Bipartite Intermanagers Commission (CIB) of 2025”, informs the ministry.

According to the project rules, municipalities, states and the DF must inform the vacancies available, according to the capacity of their health services. The notice also allows the request for new vacancies for services that are capable of receiving doctors in improvement, expanding the participation of territories and taking specialized care to more regions of the country.
The folder reported that The analysis of requests will take place from January 26th to 28th, and the final result will be published on January 29th. Adhesion will be formalized by signing the Term of Adhesion and Commitment, made jointly by the federative entity and the manager of the indicated health service.
