The deadline for small business owners to renegotiate bank debts through the Desenrola Pequenos Negócios program ends this Tuesday (31). Created by the federal government in May this year, Desenrola renegotiated approximately R$6 billion, benefiting around 95 thousand individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs), microenterprises and small businesses.
Discounts can reach 95% of the debt value. Under the rules, refinancing is granted directly by the financial system, with government tax incentives to encourage banks to renegotiate debts with defaulting companies. This approach allows for significant discounts, from 20% to 95%.
Individual microentrepreneurs (MEI) and microenterprises with annual revenue of up to R$360,000 that have settled their debts also have until this Tuesday (31st) to access ProCred 360. The initiative is part of the Believe Program, which offers lines of credit exclusive offers with interest rates up to 50% lower than those charged by the market.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the Believe Program allows small entrepreneurs to not only restructure their finances but also take out new loans, which are essential for the expansion and continuity of activities.
