According to the rules, financing occurs directly through the financial system, with government tax incentives to encourage banks to renegotiate debts with defaulting companies. This approach allows for significant discounts, ranging between 20% and 95%.

Additionally, individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs) and microenterprises with annual revenue of up to R$360,000 and who have regularized their debts can access ProCred 360. The initiative is part of the Believe Program, which offers exclusive lines of credit with interest rates of up to 50% lower than those practiced by the market. The deadline to take advantage of the special conditions and settle debts ends on the 31st.

Commitment

The Ministry of Finance reported that, “with the Believe Program, the federal government reaffirms its commitment to small entrepreneurs, providing not only the chance to restructure finances, but also to access new credits, fundamental for the expansion and continuity of their activities ”.

He added that, in addition to the conditions offered for the renegotiation of bank debts by Desenrola Pequenos Negócios, individual microentrepreneurs, microenterprises and small businesses will also be able to pay off Simples Nacional debts through the Regularize program.

Thus, according to the rules, debts can be paid with discounts of up to 100% on interest and fines, in addition to installments over up to 133 months. Membership must be carried out onlinethrough the website Regularize (https://www.regularize.pgfn.gov.br/), until January 31, 2025.
