Earlier, the delegation visited the headquarters of Amazon Web Service (AWS), where she was received by the vice president of the Amazon Public Policy area, Shannon Kelloggin a working session on “Digitization of Provincial Governments” and “Generation of talents and response to disasters”.
For the first point the governors signed a collaboration agreement with AWS, with the aim of bridging the technological gap in the provinces of the region and join the new development projections based on knowledge.
On the second segment, they worked on programs with an impact on society, such as the “AWS Academy!”, which grants Higher Education institutions a cloud computing curriculum, free of charge, so that students seek industry certifications.
