Tijuana, BC., In the northern states of the country, summer time will not be eliminated, reported today the Secretary of the Interior, Adán Augusto López Hernández, who announced that in the coming days the president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will sign a decree in which each municipality will be defined.
The federal official, who was introduced by Rosa Icela Rodríguez, secretary of Citizen Security and Protection, as the president’s right hand
and the man thanks to whom there is governability in Mexico, made the announcement in a meeting with businessmen, university rectors, representatives of the Catholic Church and politicians from the entity.
In the first act that López Hernández had with the different sectors of the state, he referred to the concern in the border states for summer time, which makes the times compatible with those of the United States, an essential situation in the commercial relationship.
He emphasized that nothing is going to change here
because it would be a senselessness
do not consider the request of those who have years (since 1942) with these schedules. There I do insist on the word: in the case of Baja California there is no variation
he added.
As we say in my town: I’m out of my mouth, because we still have to present it to the Executive, but we must present the decree to the President next week. He has not signed it because the legal advisor had a health problem and she is isolated
he explained.
