Daycare administrator sent to jail for hitting four-year-old boy

180 days of preventive detention, was the determination that the Justice issued against the administrator of a private daycare, after being charged with the crime of family or domestic violence, after being reported for hitting a four-year-old child.

The act of violence was recorded by video recordingmoment when it is seen that the little boy sitting on the ground is attacked with violence by a woman, the same one who was the one who managed the daycare, and that he was supposed to protect the little one.

The hearing on precautionary measures took place this Thursday, which concluded with the order of deprivation of liberty for the person under investigation, who, when speaking before the judge, apologized for his actions.

The woman will be transferred to the Palmasola prisonwhile the investigations continue, where she will remain deprived of liberty as she does not distort any procedural risk.

The authorities are investigating whether there are other victims of abuse at the private daycare, the same one that operated in the area of ​​the Villa First of May, in the capital of Santa Cruz.
