A total of 18 new cases of COVID-19 infections, all of community transmission, were detected in the last 24 hours, raising to 522 thousand 088 the confirmed running totalwhile the recovery rate is 98%, adding a total of 515 thousand 212 healed patientsthanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian Government.
This was announced this Friday by the Sectoral Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, freddy nanezduring the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through its account on the social network @luchaalmada.
He reported that the community cases of the day were detected in 6 states: Bolívar (7), Caracas (3), Yaracuy (3), Miranda (2), Carabobo (2), Nueva Esparta (1):
The entity with the highest number of cases in the day is Bolívar, with seven active infections in the Caroní municipality:
On the day they were not registered new victims of COVID-19, so it remains in 5,705 total deaths to date.
The Bolivarian Government reiterates its sorrow and words of solidarity with the families and friends of all the victims registered so far.
In week 110 and day 768 of the pandemic in our country, these are its general statistics:
