Day 1,069 |  Fight against COVID-19: Venezuela registers 4 new infections in the last 24 hours

A total of 4 new infections of the COVID-19 were detected in the last 24 hours, of which, all cases are community what elevates to 551 thousand 908 the accumulated confirmed, with 461 active caseswhile the number of recovered stands at 545 thousand 595 patientsthanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian Government.

This was announced this Friday by the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, during the customary daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19through his account on the social network Twitter, @luchaalmada.

He reported that the community cases are located in: Yaracuy (3) and Carabobo (1).

In addition to this, he explained that Yaracuy has 3 infections in 3 of its municipalities: Independencia (1), José Antonio Páez (1) and San Felipe (1).

He also added that to date we have 216 patients who are asymptomatic, 125 with Mild Acute Respiratory Failure, 83 with Moderate Acute Respiratory Failure and 37 in the Intensive Care Unit.

Total infections: 551 thousand 908

Recovered patients: 545 thousand 595 (99%)
