Congressman from Free Peru Passion Davila considered that there is no real truce pact between government and the Congress, despite the fact that last Wednesday, February 16, the representatives of both powers offered conciliatory messages. In a dialogue with La República, the pro-government parliamentarian maintained that does not believe in the actions of the parliamentary rightsince he alleged that they never accepted the assumption of Pedro Castillo to the presidency of the Republic.
“If we talk about a truce, there is no real pact between the Executive and some congressmen (…). That has not happened. I don’t see any truce. I can’t believe right that he never wanted that peter castle be president. They don’t accept it,” said the representative for Pasco.
In that sense, stated that if an agreement is really sought between the Palace and the Parliamentthis has to take place through a negotiation open to the public that is commanded by the head of state, the prime minister and the president of the Legislative to know the intentions of the government.

“If we want to talk about a truce, that it be an open negotiation, that the people see what the intentions are that the executive has as well as the congress. On that basis, we can (do) open negotiation,” he said.
However, Davila Atanacio criticizes the way legislators do politics. For the parliamentarian Free PeruInterests are negotiated in Congress, which prevents concrete actions from being taken in favor of the country.
“Congress works through compromises, because they negotiate interests. You can’t run the country that way. It is necessary to govern based on the needs and problems that the people have so that concrete actions are reached in favor of the great majorities,” the official congressman told this newspaper.

Dávila: Waldemar Cerrón’s hug for Alva was not a gesture from the bench
Parliamentarian Pasión Dávila also gave his opinion on the hug between the spokesman for Peru Libre Waldemar Cerron and the President of the Board of Directors, Maria del Carmen Alvalast Wednesday, February 18, when the acciopopulista gave her conciliatory message.
In this regard, the legislator commented that the greeting does not represent the feeling of the pencil bench, if not that it was a personal political gesture of the brother of Vladimir Cerrón. Likewise, he mentioned that his parliamentary group was not aware that the spokesman was going to participate in that meeting.
“You have to represent when you remember. In the bench it is said ‘this is my position’ and it is carried in the message. But he (Waldemar Cerrón) met. He surely has been summoned as a spokesperson and has had this personal attitude. Not from the bench,” he added.

Finally, he slipped that the congressmen opposed to the government of Pedro Castillo They are going to continue with their hostile posture towards the Executive. Along these lines, he stated that he will continue with his plan to vacate the President of the Republic. If it happens, the congressman considered that the most correct thing would be to call new presidential and congressional elections.
“The opposition is going to have a hostile position against the executive. In fact. That is your goal. They have a plan and they will never back down, because they do not accept Pedro Castillo. They wanted to vacate it. They want to make an election for the executive. If they want to hold new elections, then let us all go. That is the most correct ”, she pointed out.
