The file of coercive measure request against those involved in the murder of the young David of the Saints indicates the type of violation what each would have incurred.
Each of these violations are enshrined in the Dominican Penal Code and at the same time Organic Law of the National Police.

while the captain Domingo Alberto Rodríguez Rodríguez and 2nd Lieutenant Germán García de la Cruz, your actions are in violation of; “articles 186, 198, 341, 295, 303 and 303-4 numerals 2 and 9 of the Dominican Penal Code; and article 153 numerals 3 and 4 of the Law 590-16 Organic Law of the National Police”.

Coercion
The coercive measure is scheduled to be announced on Friday, May 13 at the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention of the National District. The judge responsible for handling the case is Rigoberto Cena Salas.
Cena Salas plans to coerce three civilians and four agents of the National Police who would have composed themselves to kill the young man David of the Saints.
traumas
The report of the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF)describes in his autopsy the traumas detected in the Corpse of David de los Santos.
The results of the autopsy were delivered to the Public ministry who presents it as evidence in the file coercive measure request.
“David de los Santos externally presents: abrasion in the right frontal region; bilateral eyelid edema; conjunctival hemorrhage; contusions with abrasions on the elbows”, collects the file.

Also “Circular abrasions on both wrists; edema in both wrists and back of the hands; abrasions in the hypochondrium and flank on the right side, dorsal region, lumbar region and legs”.
Also, it reveals “epidermolysis in wrists; back of the hands, scrotum and lumbar region causing a severe contusive cranioencephalic trauma that caused his death”.
