Cubillán, 48, was arrested by Cicpc officials on August 10 by a text message that his 14 -year -old son sent to the leader of the communal council in the Andrés Eloy Blanco neighborhood of Maracaibo, through a telephone number to his name, but was used by the minor.
The Public Ministry accused her of incitement to hatred and the trial has not advanced because the officials who made the arrest and investigation have not been presented to court, nor have the alleged evidence to justify their detention have been delivered.
