The approval of the President of the Republic Pedro Castillo is increasingly in decline, and after his government’s mishandling of the social crises that have been taking place in recent days, this does not seem to improve. Thus, the latest Datum survey revealed that 76% of the population is not satisfied with its management and only 19% of the people accept it.
Along these lines, it is also known that 5% do not know. In regions, the head of state presents 85% disapproval in Lima and Callao, while in the north 79%, in the east 77%, in the center 62% and in the south, an area in which he had a victory overwhelming in the second round of the 2021 General Elections, 59% of the population rejects the way in which he is leading the country.
Of the people consulted, 77% of women disagree with the president’s government, and only 18% of them support it. In the case of men, 21% are happy with the work of Pedro Castillo, while 74% are not satisfied.
