Dates for payments of property tax installments are postponed

The Ministry of Finance announced changes in the payment dates of the second and third installments of the 2021 property tax. In this case, the benefit is for the sectors affected by the pandemic that took advantage of the Alternative Payment System for Voluntary Fees (SPAC).

With the decision, the entity seeks to facilitate the payment of obligations linked to this tax that citizens adopted through this method of payment.

Thus, taxpayers must pay the second installment of the maximum SPAC-COVID on Friday, June 10, 2022, and the third, on Friday, July 29, 2022. In turn, the Entity ratified that the fourth installment, scheduled for Friday, August 26, 2022, remains on the same date“, explained the Administration.

Along with it, andhe Secretary of the Treasury, Juan Mauricio Ramírez, recognized the difficulties that users have had when accessing the platform. For this reason, it modified the dates foreseen for the quotas. Also, he reiterated that they are working on the stabilization of the platform.

For the second installment the deadline is June 10, the third is July 29 and the fourth is August 26.
