The human rights defender Danny Ramírez-Ayérdiz, who was stripped of his nationality along with 94 other Nicaraguan citizens this past Wednesday, affirms that he will denounce this new attack by the regime of Daniel Ortea and Rosario Murillo, considering it a “crime against humanity”.
“Being a victim of the alleged stripping of my nationality and accused of treason, I will again denounce Ortega, Murillo and the judicial officials before the National Criminal Court 4 (of Argentina) that is handling the case for crimes against humanity,” said the executive secretary. of the Center for Inter-American Legal Assistance in Human Rights (Calidh).

Through a video published through social networks, the human rights defender showed the moment where he was outside the building where he would be preparing to denounce the “stripping” of his nationality. “I am not going to allow this arbitrariness, on Wednesday I am going to appear before the court to denounce that I am a victim directly affected by these outbursts and these unilateral acts of the Government of Daniel Ortega. I am going to do it on my behalf and on behalf of the families that have suffered human rights violations,” said Ramírez.
«Universal justice will reach you, know it! I have the right to be Nicaraguan and not because Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo say so, nor the officials who offered to demolish the rule of law in Nicaragua, the constitution and the principle of international law, so I am going to appear before the authorities Argentine judiciary and I am going to denounce this outrage. I have the right to be Nicaraguan! I am not a traitor to the country,” said Ramírez.
In this new onslaught, the regime deprived journalists, human rights defenders, opponents, activists, feminists and Catholic priests of the right to their nationality.
According to a resolution of the Managua Court of Appeals (TAM), the 94 Nicaraguans were declared “traitors of the homeland” and “fugitives from justice.” In addition, the confiscation of all his assets in the country was ordered.
«We are not traitors, the traitors are they. We have not betrayed our ideals, we are on the right side of history and justice, and justice will not even absolve them alive.
