On June 28, the young man shared that when he arrived at one of the SAT offices in Jalisco, he was not allowed to process his electronic signature because he was a person with a disability.

Although his biometric data, such as fingerprints and iris, were recorded, Daniel indicated that this does not guarantee the SAT that he is qualified, as the official who attended him informed him.
Daniel explained that the SAT gave him two alternatives, to present a medical opinion of capacity or that his mother obtains a disability opinion and she signs as his guardian, although he would like to be able to do it himself.
“So, I have 2 options: 1.- Submit a medical opinion of CAPACITY (moral or mental I guess). 2.- That my mother obtains an opinion of DISABILITY and she signs for me as tutor. I know that it is a fact that I will always require physical help. But I would like to be recognized … ”, she expressed last week in Twitter, story that went viral.
