HOLY SUNDAY.– The Urban Planning Department of the Dajabón municipal council, with cranes, dismantled and removed several lottery banks that were operating irregularly.
The person in charge of Urban Planning, Fernando Raposo, said that this morning they began an operation against the illegal banks and that the structures will take them to a place where they will be protected until those in charge of them legalize their status in the city hall.
“There are countless banks that are operating in the province illegally, we have notified them, and in the almost 5 months that I have been in the department we have made more than 10 notifications that will be reported to the department and they will be legalized and not They have attended, at this moment we are carrying out an operation to remove those benches,” Raposo said.
To avoid irregularities in the municipality, the city council will continue with operations against illegal lottery banks and any structure that operates irregularly.
