According to the information presented by the authorities, 112 families from the San Martín sectors, new millennium and Eduardo Correa were affected because their homes were flooded and lost some belongings such as mattresses and appliances.

The director of Dagran, Carlos Ríos Puerta said that September is the month of transition to the second rainy season of the year and added that, October will have an increase in rainfall in almost the entire department, especially in the Subregions Oriente and Valle de Aburrá.
