DA assures that everything is ready to receive delegations that will participate in the Ibero-American Summit

Santo Domingo.– The Airport Department (DA) reported that everything is ready to receive, as of today, the bulk of the international delegations that are beginning to arrive in the country to participate in the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government.

Through a statement, the DA explained that the coordination of the place has been made together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies, such as Customs, Immigration, Cesac, as well as the concessionaire Aerodom, so that the normal flow of both the passengers as well as the guests to participate in the plenary.

It also specifies that it reinforced its staff in the AILA so that daily services can be attended and also receive, with the corresponding protocol, the heads of government who arrive in national territory.

“We have taken the forecasts of the place, taking into account the important event that will be held in the country and that has a very important international character,” said Víctor Pichardo, executive director of the DA.
