For their part, Central Bank officials of State companies or companies or lower-level officials must process said request, at least 10 business days in advance, before “the head of the jurisdiction on which they depend.”
In the event that officials cannot attend events virtually, on trips “the use of the shortest route will be prioritized both on the way out and on the way back.” In addition, “the tickets must be issued by the same airline, on a round trip route” and the use of “airlines under the authority of the National State” must be privileged.
