Employees of the Customs of Ciudad Juárez denounced that their labor and human rights have been violated by General Cecilio Martínez Arcos, director of that tax office.
The workers sent several complaints to the authorities of the Tax Administration Service (SAT) for the alleged commission of ill-treatment, such as isolate and lock up
to workers of that fiscal precinct.
The soldier was appointed head of Juarez customs last February and according to the records released by employees of that center, through the Comprehensive System of Citizen Complaints of the Ministry of Public Administration, complaints have been filed, including the one registered with folio 23797/2022, which was entered into the system on February 25.
