Cusco: The number of children who died after eating contaminated food at home rises to three

An alleged poor handling of food within a low-income family in Cusco ended in tragedy, when three of the five children of a married couple lost their lives due to an alleged case of poisoning.

The unfortunate event occurred last Sunday afternoon, when the authorities were alerted about poisoning in the town of Tantania, belonging to the Q’eros nation in Paucartambo, where they immediately headed.
