Cuban singer-songwriter Waldo Mendoza will dedicate a concert to Mother’s Day

The Cuban singer-songwriter Waldo Mendoza will offer a concert in Old Havana this Saturday, May 13, on the occasion of Mother’s Day.

The artist, who will perform at 9:00 p.m. at the Amphitheater of the historic center, will present his most recent record production Blessed time: 20 yearswhich compiles 23 songs that appeared on his previous albums, announces the newspaper Granma.

“I am tireless, faithful to what I sing and do. It is true that I am completing 20 years of artistic career, with important results, but that are not due only to me, but to the work of many people that I want to infinitely recognize”, said the interpreter of hits such as “Cuéntale” and “Chiquitica”.

The celebration includes a national tour through the neighborhoods, particularly in Guantánamo, Santiago de Cuba and Havana.
