However, the head of state asked not to forget “not for an instant the lessons learned from the hardest period of the 365 days that are ending.”
The year 2021 was marked in Cuba by the confrontation with the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States.
