MADRID, Spain.- An elderly Cuban couple arrived in the United States this weekend after completing the dangerous migration route.
The moment of arriving at the border and surrendering to the immigration authorities was captured by journalist Silvia Sánchez, who shared a video of the event in Tik Tok.
“By a miracle we have arrived here,” said the 82-year-old man, visibly exhausted by the journey.
While his wife, 73, explained that they had their children and grandchildren in the United States.

The reporter, in comments to her publication, reported that the elderly were already with their family in the northern country.
