Cuba has successfully taken this program to several countries. In fact, he was already in Honduras until he was suspended after the coup against Zelaya on June 28, 2009.
In Tegucigalpa, the First Meeting of Political Consultations between both governments is also taking place. They were chaired by the Cuban Vice Minister of Relations Foreign of CubaJosefina Vidal Ferreiro and the Honduran Undersecretary of State for Foreign Policy, Gerardo Torres Zelaya.
