MADRID, Spain.- The Cuban Eduardo Miguel Rivera Paz, 37 years old, appeared this Monday in Florida Court accused of stealing a shipment of phones Samsung cell phones.
Rivera Paz worked as a supervisor in the DHL Express cargo department at Miami International Airport. On March 20, a shipment of cell phones destined for Colombia was replaced by bags of sand so that the weight was equal to that of the phones, the channel specified. Telemundo 51.

In the appearance of this March 27, Rivera Paz was accused of grand theft, grand theft and cargo theft. He is being assigned a public defenders law firm to represent him.
Surveillance videos of the DHL Express facility were presented to the court in which Rivera Paz is seen walking with another man towards a cargo shipping area.
