Cuba Sabe 2023, the culinary festival organized by Lis Cuesta, is announced

MIAMI, United States. – The Cuba Sabe culinary festival, a criticized event coordinated by Lis Cuesta Peraza, the wife of the ruler Miguel Díaz-Canel, will take place in Havana from January 12 to 14, according to the magazine Travel Trade Caribbean.

On this occasion it will include the IV International Culinary Workshop and the I International Gastronomic Workshop, and will have China as the guest country.

The event will take place at the luxurious Iberostar Grand Packard hotel, and will be held under three thematic axes: Cuban gastronomy of the Spiritus region, The imprint of Chinese immigrants on Cuban gastronomic culture and Design in gastronomy.

Cuba Sabe is organized by the Paradiso Cultural Tourism Agency (directed by Cuesta Peraza), the Culinary Federation of Cuba, the Association of Sommeliers of Cuba and the Association of Bartenders of Cuba. In addition, it is sponsored by the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, the National Council of Cultural Heritage, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cuba and the company Iberostar Hotels & Resorts.

In accordance with Travel Trade CaribbeanCuba Sabe 2023 will include conferences, tastings, specialized workshops, themed lunches, art exhibitions and book presentations.
