The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez, rejected the recent sanctions imposed by the United States (US) against Iran and Venezuela, as they violate international law.
“We reject new unilateral coercive measures imposed by the US government against Venezuela and Iran, which are contrary to International Law and seek to increase pressure and aggression against both countries,” Rodríguez wrote through his account on the social network X.
The Cuban Foreign Minister’s statement comes after learning of the Trump Administration’s decision to impose inclusion on the list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (Ofac) new sanctions against Iranian and Venezuelan people and companies dedicated to the drone trade.
The company joined the list Eansa (Empresa Nacional Aronáutica SA), located in Palo Negro, Aragua state.
In this way, once again, the United States insists on maintaining its policy of attacking sovereign nations that do not bow to Washington’s interests.
