“We embrace all nations, their delegations, their representations that have come to Venezuela to compete fairly, within the framework of these international games,” said the military chief during the opening ceremony of the tournament in Lara state (west) .
He assured that, in addition to Venezuela, representatives from Russia, Burma, Belarus, Abkhazia, Uzbekistan, Bolivia, China, India, Pakistan, Nicaragua, Indonesia and Cuba will participate in the competition, countries where “imperialist aggressions against the peoples are daily condemned.” .

The minister explained that this is the seventh edition of these games, in which Venezuela has participated since 2015.
