The request for lawlessness was received last Thursday, February 6 by the Office of Parties of the Chamber of Deputies, which opens the possibility of a process to withdraw constitutional immunity to face the judicial process.
The accusations
On February 6, the former MORELOS former Uriel Carmona announced that he asked the Chamber of Deputies for the lawlessness of Cuauhtémoc Blanco, this as part of the criminal process against him open in October 2024, after the half sister of the Legislator, Nidia Fabiola, filed a complaint against him for attempted sexual abuse.
According to the complaint, in December 2023 he was sexually assaulted during a meeting at the government headquarters, when the former soccer player was governor of Morelos.
Nidia occupied at that time a position in the Ministry of Economic Development and Labor of the entity.
In October 2024, the woman filed a formal complaint against Blanco, in which she reported that, with violent attitude and alcoholic breath, the former governor tried to abuse her.
The victim revealed that she was pressed to remain silent about the sexual attack. However, after the end of Blanco Bravo’s management on September 30, he said he felt free to file the complaint.
On Thursday, February 6, hours after Uriel Carmona announced that he filed a request for lawlessness against Cuauhtémoc Blanco, the Morelos Congress dismissed him from his position as a prosecutor.
On February 7, Deputy Cuahtémoc Blanco accused his half -sister, Nidia Fabiola, of extortion for a million pesos, in addition to rejected the accusations thrown against him.
Although Blanco acknowledged that his half -sister lived in his residence, he said he only saw it “five, six or seven times for six years”, in addition to denied the existence of a family relationship with her.
After the statements made by the federal deputy, the defense lawyer of Nidia Fabiola presented the birth certificate that shows that she is the daughter of the same father of the former governor of Morelos, Faustino Blanco.
“I can’t manufacture documents, much less. We return to the same, a lie more than the truth I don’t know what he said. The crime is not less even if he said that and then he really still lying. The truth was I already expected this kind of thing, ”he said in an interview for Radio formula.
Nidia Fabiola accused that she has received threats from the federal deputy and said she hopes that Governor Margarita González and President Claudia Sheinbaum support her.
