Cruzeiro missed the chance to shoot even more in the lead of Serie B of the Brazilian Championship. This Wednesday (20), Raposa drew 1-1 with CSA at the Rei Pelé stadium, in Maceió, for the 19th round of the competition.
The miners went to 42 points and follow with seven points of advantage for the vice-leader Vasco. Azulão has 20 points and remains in the relegation zone, in 17th place, for having fewer victories than the other teams with the same score and that are outside the Z4.
The visitors scored in the 13th minute of the first half, with Luvannor. The forward took advantage of a left-hand cross from Bidu, on the left, to finish with a header. Two minutes into the second half, striker Lucas Barcelos finished off goalkeeper Rafael Cabral and left everything the same.
Two other matches moved the 19th round of Serie B this Wednesday night – both involving teams from the bottom of the table. At the Moisés Lucarelli stadium, in Campinas (SP), Ponte Preta beat Náutico 1-0. Striker Eliel, with a header, gave Macaca the victory in the 38th minute of the second half.
The Paulistas appear in 14th place, with 22 points, two ahead of CSA. After the third consecutive defeat, Náutico remains in 18th place, in the relegation zone, with 18 points.
At Arena Condá, in Chapecó (SC), Chapecoense and Guarani did not change the score. Verdão do Oeste occupies the 13th place, with the same 22 points as Ponte, surpassing Alvinegra in goal difference. Bugre, with the same 18 points as Náutico (but one less victory), is in 19th and penultimate place.
